By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Service.
Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. By booking, you agree to arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled service.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or forfeiture of the appointment without refund.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We respectfully require notice for appointment changes to protect our time and availability.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Failure to comply with this policy may require future appointments to be prepaid or may result in refusal of future bookings.
Payment & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:
- Services
- Packages
- Deposits
- Prepaid appointments
- Skincare products
Results are not guaranteed, and dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund. By proceeding with a booking or purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Treatment Consent & Results Disclaimer
You understand that all skin treatments involve inherent risks and that individual results vary due to biological differences, lifestyle, home care compliance, and other factors outside our control.
No guarantees are made regarding specific results.
You agree to fully disclose all relevant health history, medications, and skin conditions prior to treatment and understand that failure to do so may increase the risk of adverse reactions.
Release of Liability
By booking and receiving services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with treatments and release, waive, and discharge the provider from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from services rendered.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Skin reactions
- Allergic responses
- Dissatisfaction with results
- Post-treatment complications due to improper aftercare
You acknowledge that you have received appropriate consultation, had the opportunity to ask questions, and consent to treatment at your own risk.
Client Responsibility
You agree to follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines releases the provider from responsibility for outcomes or complications.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to contraindications, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with policies.
